Son exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine lui donne cette capacit\u00e9.\n      <\/p>\n      <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n        Ce service abrite le <strong style=\"color:#0b6fa4;\">Laboratoire de Contr\u00f4le Qualit\u00e9 des Composants Solaires Photovolta\u00efques (LCQS)<\/strong>,\n        le <strong style=\"color:#0b6fa4;\">Laboratoire de Contr\u00f4le Qualit\u00e9 des Produits Pico-PV et SHS (Lighting Africa)<\/strong>\n        et le <strong style=\"color:#0b6fa4;\">Laboratoire National sur l\u2019\u00c9clairage (LNE)<\/strong>.\n        Ils permettent d\u2019effectuer des tests de contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 sur pratiquement tous les composants photovolta\u00efques\n        et d&#8217;\u00e9clairage, r\u00e9pondant aux besoins des utilisateurs en mati\u00e8re de performance justify;\">\n        Financ\u00e9 par la Coop\u00e9ration Allemande (GTZ) et plac\u00e9 sous la tutelle du <strong style=\"color:#0b6fa4;\">Minist\u00e8re du P\u00e9trole et de l\u2019\u00c9nergie<\/strong>,\n        le LCQS assure le contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 des composants photovolta\u00efques install\u00e9s sur tout le territoire national.\n      <\/p>\n      <strong>Tests r\u00e9alis\u00e9s :<\/strong>\n      <ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">\n        <li>Modules photovolta\u00efques (PV)<\/li>\n        <li>R\u00e9gulateurs de charge<\/li>\n        <li>Batteries d\u2019accumulateurs<\/li>\n        <li>Onduleurs<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h3 style=\"color: #0b8a43;\">Laboratoire Pico-PV et SHS (Lighting Africa)<\/h3>\n      <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n        Ce laboratoire, financ\u00e9 par la Banque Mondiale \u00e0 travers le protocole <strong style=\"color:#0b6fa4;\">Lighting Global (VeraSol)<\/strong>,\n        effectue des tests de performance et de fiabilit\u00e9 sur les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9clairage solaire autonomes.\n      <\/p>\n      <strong>Tests effectu\u00e9s :<\/strong>\n      <ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">\n        <li>Rendement lumineux<\/li>\n        <li>Durabilit\u00e9 du flux lumineux<\/li>\n        <li>Performance de la batterie<\/li>\n        <li>Charge secteur et \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <!-- LNE int\u00e9grale avec couleurs et ic\u00f4nes -->\n      <h3 style=\"color: #0b6fa4;\">Laboratoire National sur l\u2019\u00c9clairage (LNE)<\/h3>\n      <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n        Le <strong style=\"color:#0b6fa4;\">LNE<\/strong> permet de r\u00e9aliser des essais pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 des \n        <strong style=\"color:#3cb371;\">lampes \u00e0 \u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>, qui constitue l\u2019un des fondements de l\u2019infrastructure qualit\u00e9 au niveau national.\n        \u00c9galement, le laboratoire teste les <strong style=\"color:#3cb371;\">lampadaires pour l\u2019\u00e9clairage public<\/strong> ainsi que d\u2019autres types de lampes \n        (<strong style=\"color:#3cb371;\">\u00e0 incandescence, \u00e0 sodium haute et basse pression<\/strong>), m\u00eame si cela n\u2019est pas sa vocation principale.\n      <\/p>\n      <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n        Tous les \u00e9quipements de ce laboratoire sont sur place.\n      <\/p>\n      <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n        Le <strong style=\"color:#0b6fa4;\">Laboratoire de Contr\u00f4le de Qualit\u00e9 des Lampes \u00e0 \u00c9conomie d\u2019\u00c9nergie<\/strong> est \u00e9quip\u00e9 pour effectuer les tests et contr\u00f4les suivants :\n      <\/p>\n      <ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">\n        <li>\ud83d\udca1 Tester les technologies fluorescentes (tubes, compactes), LED (tubes, modules, bulbes, spots, lampadaires) et autres luminaires (panneaux \u00e0 LED, projecteurs, etc.)<\/li>\n        <li>\ud83d\udca1 Mesurer les param\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques, photom\u00e9triques et r\u00e9aliser les analyses spectrales<\/li>\n        <li>\ud83d\udca1 Tests de vieillissement et de dur\u00e9e de vie<\/li>\n        <li>\ud83d\udca1 Mesurer la qualit\u00e9 des composantes \u00e9lectroniques et \u00e9valuer la r\u00e9sistance des lampes \u00e0 la manipulation (torsion)<\/li>\n        <li>\ud83d\udca1 \u00c9valuer la r\u00e9sistance des lampes \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9, \u00e0 la chaleur et au
